Where do you fulfil orders from?
All orders are shipped from our HQ in Byron Bay, Australia.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for all international orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free express shipping for orders over $350 Australia wide & a flat rate of $16.50 for all orders under $350.
International shipping will incur a flat rate of $45.
How long does shipping take?
All items are shipped using Express Shipping via Australia Post. Here are approximate delivery times:
- Australia: 1-3 business days (depending on location)
- New Zealand: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)

I live outside of Australia. Can I still shop in AUD?
Our Australian pricing (AUD) is available to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia and New Zealand.

My size is sold out online. Can I be notified if it comes back?
Yes, absolutely. Please select the sold‑out size you wish to purchase and sign up with your email address to be notified if a return is made or if we restock this style.
You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s available again.
Can I use two discount codes at the same time?
No, unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per transaction.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If you notice something incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@romybennie.com.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Do you offer returns?
We offer returns in the form of exchanges, store credit, or refunds for returns made within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at info@romybennie.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured postal service. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense, and ROMY BENNIE is not responsible for lost returns

What currency is used online?

How do I care for my Romy Bennie item?
All garments come with care instructions -please follow them to keep your item in premium condition.
We also recommend removing jewellery before dressing to avoid fabric damage.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a “buy now, pay later” payment option that lets you split your order into four interest-free fortnightly instalments. Available for Australian and New Zealand customers.
