Yes. Enjoy free express shipping on all Australian orders over $350. Orders under $350 ship for a flat rate of $16.50, and international orders ship for a flat rate of $45.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are sent from our studio in Byron Bay, Australia, via Australia Post Express.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • New Zealand: 3–7 business days

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia and New Zealand.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love what you've chosen. Please email us within 30 days of purchase to request a return. Full-price items can be refunded, and sale items can be returned for store credit, unless they were marked as final sale. Final sale items can't be returned. All returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How do I make a return?

Email info@romybennie.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Return postage is at the customer's expense, and we recommend a tracked, insured service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit. If your item is faulty, we'll cover the cost of the return.

What if my item arrives faulty?

In the rare case your piece arrives faulty, contact us at info@romybennie.com and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
